K T Rama Rao launches Rs 100-crore development programme in Banswada

Kamareddy: IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao inaugurate several developmental programmes in Banswada Assembly constituency on Saturday during his day-long visit to the constituency. He was accompanied by Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy.

A public meeting was organised at the junior college ground in Kamareddy on the occasin. KT Rama Rao said that he was delighted to launch the 100-crore development project in Banswada. KTR praised Speaker Pocharam Srinivas and called him a research scholar at the School of Political Democracy.

Addressing on the occasion, Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy said that he always sought development in his constituency. KTR said that the construction of the mini-tank bund on the Kalki pond and mini-stadiums at a cost of Rs 37 crore and CC roads at seven crore has been completed.

KTR said 2,000 double bedroom houses are being built in Banswada and added that Banuswada will develop comprehensively. Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy said, "We will move forward with the goal of building a double bedroom house in Banswada and no one will live in a rented house anymore."

R&B Ministers Prashant Reddy, MP BB Patil, MLAs Ganesh Gupta, Hanmant Shinde, Nallamadugu Surender and Shakeel were present on the occasion.
