Hyderabad: Now, Bharat gas cylinder can be booked on Whatsapp

Hyderabad: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has now launched gas cylinder booking facility for its customers through Whatsapp. The booking of a cylinder and payment, both can be made digitally.

In a statement to its customers, Bharat Gas said that the customers can save its helpline number 1800224344 on their registered mobile number. To book a cylinder, customers should send 'Hi' to the number. After a message from Bharat Gas, the customers can send '1' or 'book' to complete the process.

A confirmation message will be delivered along with the booking ID and a link to make payment through Amazon pay, PayTM or other modes of transactions using credit/debit card.
