Hyderabad City CP Anjani Kumar holds interaction session with women cops

Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar along with Additional CP (crimes and SIT) Shikha Goel interacted with all women police officers of city up to the rank of Police Constables at City Police Commissionerate office at Basheerbagh in Hyderabad on Monday.

The aim behind the interaction was to inspire and motivate women police officers in order to make them more effective in their day to day challenges.

The session also included documentaries on the best work done by women police constables across the country and enlightened on their pro-active role in investigation, process management, vertical functioning and handling Law and Order situation.

Addressing the gathering, the CP discussed the roles and responsibilities of a woman police officer expected in given law and order situation.

He further highlighted the importance of woman in every field and more so in police department and how to exhibit leadership qualities by each and every women officer in any task entrusted upon them.

Later, he commended the braveness of woman Head Constable officer V Shyamala of Panjagutta Police Station who was patrolling every night on Bullet in the limits of police station felicitated her.

Speaking on the occasion Additional CP Shika Goel discussed about the best practices to be adopted during Law and Order situation.

She inspired the women officers and suggested that they maintain work life balance with due regards and respect to the organisation.
