Harassment case booked against ADC controller

Parigi: A female bus conductor Lakshmi complained against ADC controller Mallaiah about harassment, here on Thursday. She alleged that the ADC has been harassing her mentally and showing discrimination while allotting duties.

Upon listening, the depot manager swung into the action and called the female conductor to his office and tried to compromise between the parties. Several other women employees in the depot said that the same controller harassed female staff several times, but no action was taken against him. Sub Inspector Chandrakanth registered an FIR against Mallaiah under IPC Section 354.
