Half-day schools from March 16 in Telangana

Government, aided and private schools in Telangana to run for half-day from March 16, said Education department in-charge commissioner Chitra Ramachandran on Tuesday.

During the half-day schools, mid-day meals in government schools will be served at 12.30 pm. The orders pertaining to this effect were issued on Tuesday. The schools will be run half-day till April 23, 2020.

Chitra Ramachandran also directed all the regional joint directors of the school education to make sure that the schools implementing the orders passed.
