Free bus services launched at Vemulawada

Vemulawada: The district administration has arranged 10 free buses for the convenience of devotees for the Shivaratri Jatara. The buses of Karimnagar, Sircilla and Siddipet depots will offer free service to the devotees arriving at Vemulavada.

Another seven free buses were arranged to transport the pilgrims from Thimmapur bus stand in Vemulavada town to the temple. District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar inaugurated the free bus service at the bridge near Thippapur bus stand here on Thursday and urged the devotees to take advantage of the free bus services.

Collector Krishna Bhaskar said that a lucky draw is arranged for the passengers, who avail free bus services and 100 passengers will be selected through the lucky draw and the lucky persons will get a cash prize of Rs 1,116.
