Former AP CS IYR Krishna Rao prays at Chilkur temple

Chilkur: Former Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh IYR Krishna Rao offered prayers at Balaji temple here on Wednesday. He met 85-year-old Dr M V Soundararajan and took his blessings.

Temples Protection Movement (TPM) thanked AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy for restoring the status of hereditary archaka system. CS Rangarajan, convenor of TPM, thanked the retired IAS officer, who as the Chief Secretary initiated the process of service rules for hereditary archakas.
