Feeling happy as common citizen: NCW chairperson on Telangana encounter
National Commission for Women chairperson Rekha Sharma reacted on the encounter of all the four accused in Disha case. Rekha said that she felt happy as a common citizen.
"I am feeling happy as a common citizen that this was the end we all wanted. However, it was supposed to be done through the legal system," she said.

Last week, a team of National Commission for Women had arrived in Hyderabad to conduct a detailed enquiry of the case. The NCW took the Disha case as a suo-moto and sent its team to take up with the police.
