Engineering students showcase creativity at Rubyzest-19
Warangal: A large number of students representing various engineering colleges showcased their innovative skills at the Rubyzest-19, the national-level symposium, organised by the University College of Engineering and Technology for Women, Kakatiya University (KU).
Kick-starting the second day events, the School of Distance Learning and Continuing Education (SDLCE) Director Prof Guguloth Veeranna said that students need to keep an eye on pros and cons of the technology that make life easy.
"Youth stand to benefit if they add their creativity to the advancement of technology. Whatever the creativity may be it should be beneficial to society," Prof Veeranna said.
Development Officer Prof V Ramachandram, Head of Computers Department Dr M Venugopal Reddy and College Principal Dr B Manjula spoke on the occasion.
The students who showcased their technical skills came up with more than 100 power point presentations and 26 poster presentations.
