Condition of three with burn injuries critical
Hyderabad: The condition of the accused K Suresh who set ablaze Abdullapurmet Tahsildar Vijaya Reddy, as well as the two staff members of Abdullapurmet MRO office, is critical.
Suresh was admitted to Osmania General Hospital with 63 per cent burns. According to doctors, his face, hands and chest area were severely burnt.
Meanwhile, MRO's driver Gurunath Reddy and office attendant Chandraiah were admitted to Apollo DRDO Hospital, Kanchanbagh. Gurunath suffered 80 to 85 per cent burns while Chandraiah suffered 45 per cent burns.
Both are being treated in the ICU unit of the hospital. According to doctors, their health condition continues to be critical and nothing could be said for the next 48 hours.
Meanwhile, the Telangana Government Doctors Association condemned the brutal killing of the tahsildar.
" TGGDA condemns this barbaric and inhuman and heinous act by a person against a govt employee. This is all just because of vengeance created against the govt employees which will provoke people to do such inhuman acts," Pallam Praveen, president TGGDA said.
