Collector Rajat Kumar Saini visits tribal hamlets, inspects land purification works in Kothagudem

Kothagudem: District Collector Rajat Kumar Saini visited the tribal hamlets of Koyagudem, Koppurai and Bethampudi under Tekulapally mandal on Tuesday and inspected the land purification works.

During interaction with tribals, he asked them about works taken up under of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act. Later, he inspected works pertaining to construction of individual household toilets.

During the visit, the villagers urged the Collector for improving transport facilities besides better roads in their villages.

District Rural Development Agency Project Officer P Jagath Kumar Reddy, Trainee Collector Anudeep, Tahsildar Sakunthala and others accompanied the Collector during his visit.
