Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam visits villages, resolves key issues

Yalal: The District Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam has imposed a fine of Rs 500 on a woman for recklessly keeping firewood in the way, hindering the passers-by in Nagasamunder.

In another incident, she expressed anger at sarpanch Bsireddy in Pagadala village for lack of cleanliness. She ordered officials to clean up the garbage immediately.

The Collector marked the place to construct toilets at panchayat and anganwadi centre in Nagasamundr, when she came to know that there were no toilets. She also identified the places for manufacturing vermicompost and rainwater harvesting pit.

Apart from sarpanches and upa sarpanches, MPDO Bhagyavardhan, Special officer Prabhakar, APM Narsimhulu, panchayat secretary Naveen, VRO Nagesh were also present.
