CM KCR leaves for Delhi, likely to meet PM Modi
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday left for New Delhi by a special flight from Begumpet airport on a three-day visit.
The Chief Minister will meet the union ministers in Delhi and discuss several long-pending issues pertaining to the state. Besides, meeting the union ministers Gajendra Singh Shekawat today and Harideep Singh tomorrow, the CM will visit the site allocated by the central government to set up the TRS party office in the national capital.
Rao is also likely to meet two other union ministers Nirmala Sitharaman and Nitin Gadkari and is expected to return Hyderabad on Sunday.
The Chief Minister's Delhi visit turned into a debated point in the political circles in the view of his announcement to play an active role in national politics and develop an alternative political force against BJP at centre.
