CM KCR greets people on Maha Shivaratri

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday greeted the people of Telangana on Maha Shivaratri. He prayed the deity for the well-being of the citizens.

Meanwhile, the temples across the state echoed with the mantras of Lord Shiva. Sri Raja Rajeshwary Swamy temple in Vemulawada cancelled Arjitha Sevas and offered special darshan to the devotees. The Thousand-pillared temple in Hanamkonda witnessed heavy rush from the wee hours on the festival day.

The Kaleshwara Mukteshwara Swamy temple in Kaleshwaram also crowded with the devotees on Mahashivaratri. Devotees took a holy dip in water and queued up for the darshan of Lord Shiva.
