55 lakh worth Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak cheques distributed in Arvapally

Arvapally (Suryapet): Thungathurthi MLA Gadari Kishore stated that the State government stands on top position when it comes to implementing welfare schemes.

On Wednesday, the legislator distributed Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak cheques, worth Rs 55.06 lakh, to 55 beneficiaries at a programme held at Tahsildar's office.

Speaking on the occasion, Gadari Kishore stated that welfare schemes including Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, Rythu Bhandu, Rythu Bima and Aasara pensions have been reaching people in time because of the efforts put in by the TRS government led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

Stating that Suryapet district has become fertile with Godavari waters through Kaleshwaram project, the MLA informed that people must make use of welfare schemes launched by the government.

ZPTC D Veera Prasad, MPPs D Manisha and M Renuka, Tahsildar Shahin, Sarpanch B Sunitha, MPTC K Padma and Mandal Party President Surender Reddy, local leaders and beneficiaries participated in the programme.
