2 Niloufer doctors file cases against each other

Hyderabad: Two senior doctors from Niloufer Hospital, Dr Ravi Kumar, Paediatric HoD and Dr Lalu Prasad Rathod, RMO, have filed police cases against each other in Nampally police station on Tuesday.

Day after reported heated arguments between them in Superintendent's chamber, both doctors filed cases accusing the other doctor of using abusive language and also tried to assault him physically.

Lalu Prasad also wrote in his complaint that Paediatric HoD was conducting clinical trials on poor patients visiting the hospital in collusion with pharmaceutical companies, according to Saifabad police.

According to police, they would seek magistrate permission and go ahead with the probe.
