Devotees throng Ayyappa temple

 Karmanghat: Devotees thronged the Ayyappa Swamy temple here on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri on Monday. As the festival falls on the precious day of importance to Lord Shiva, devotees of all ages people performed special pujas to the Shiva Lingam. They poured milk as part of Palabhishekam. The premises of the temple reverberated with ‘Aumkaram.’
