Development works apace: Corporator

  Nagole: Corporator Cheruku Sangeetha Prashanth Goud along with Assistant Engineer Prasad and work inspector Venkanna inspected various development works in the division on Monday. The works include underground drainage (UGD) pipeline worth Rs 16 lakh in Sai Raghavendra colony, UGD pipeline works worth Rs 14 lakh in Ganesh colony and CC Road works in Shivapuri colony.
 
The Corporator said they were committed to address all civic issues in the division. Sangeetha advised the officials and the contractor to complete the works without compromising on the quality. She also advised them to expedite them without causing inconvenience to the locals. She said she was striving for all-round development of the division. With cooperation from people and sanitation staff, they successively took part in Swachh Survekshan-2019 and were maintaining cleanliness in the division.
 
Sangeetha said the State government’s prestigious ‘Kanti Velugu’ programme had also been receiving overwhelming response in the division.
