Aquaex India-2019 at Hitex from today

Hyderabad (NSS): The State government, in association with SIFA (Society for Indian Fisheries and Aquaculture), here organised first AquaEx event in March last year to build awareness about latest technologies in aquaculture sector.  The event which was first of its kind in South Asia became successful in realizing its objectives.

In continuation to the 2018 event, the State government, in association with SIFA, will be organising a mega event Aquaex India-2019, at Hitex exhibition centre for the benefit of all stakeholders involved in fisheries and aquaculture from January 31 to February 2. It is proposed to bring in the world’s best players of the sector to promote and showcase their expertise in this event. 

As a part of it, a knowledge conclave will be organized mainly on quality fish seed, fish feed for farmers and quality fish for consumers.The Department of Fisheries was encouraging participation of fishermen and entrepreneurs to witness the latest technologies, equipment and innovations in the sector.  Entry will be free for all, according to a pressnote released by C. Suvarna, Commissioner of Fisheries.
