Man killed in road accident 

Mahbubnagar: One person was killed in a road accident at Sarjakhan pet village of Kosgi mandal in Mahabubnagar district on Monday. According to Kosgi police, Govardhan (28) who was travelling on a scooty from Kosgi to his village was hit by a DCM Van from behind.

Govardhan, who received grievous injuries to his head, died on the spot. “In an unfortunate accident one person named Govardhan was killed by a DCM van. The incident occurred due to the negligent driving of the van.

We have booked a case and investigating the matter,” said Kosgi Police.  The dead body of the deceased has been shifted to government hospital in Kosgi for post mortem.
