4,000 clear pre-recruitment training process
Hyderabad: The city police conducted a pre-recruitment programme on Tuesday in which as many as 4,000 cleared the first level of the selection process. The police conducted pre-recruitment training for unemployed youth for the posts of sub-inspectors and police constables at Shivkumarlal Police Stadium in Goshamahal. City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar launched mock test for the outdoor events.
The Commissioner said out of 5,000 trainees, 4,000 were selected in the first level and the outdoor exams will be conducted next month. Most of the selected candidates belong to remote areas with a strong social base and have awareness on social issues. Among the selected candidates, 45 per cent are women, the Commissioner said. The women will form 30 per cent of total police force in the city to serve society in next few years, Anjani Kumar added.
