Several join TRS in Fateh Nagar

Kukatpally: Around 400 people from Amruth Thanda, Fateh Nagar, joined TRS party in the presence of Kukatpally TRS candidate and former MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao here on Monday. Former MLA said that people have faced severe inconveniences during the Congress rule for 10 years in the past. However in TRS rule, various welfare and development schemes, such as Kalyan Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, Asara pensions and other schemes, have been reaching the poor, he said. 

There were two central ministers from the constituency in the past, but they both failed to construct Balanagar Bridge. In any case, the bridge, with an estimated cost of Rs 382 crore, was sanctioned with the support of caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and caretaker Minister K Taraka Rama Rao, he said. KCR has allocated 47 acres in Balanagar Industrial Area for the construction of double-bedroom houses, he said. 

Krishna Rao also referred to the construction of a water reservoir at Shapur Nagar for drinking water, and Lorry and DCM owners’ association extended its support to the TRS candidate. Party division president Bikshapathi, K Ramulanna, Datta Rao, Z Kannaiah, Sudarshan Reddy, Afzal, Sudhakar Reddy, Baswaraj, Santosh, Imran, Karunakaran, K Ramu, Balakrishnan, Keerthi, Bagaiah, Riyaz, Ahmed Khan, Naseer Khan, Anil Kumar, Shankar Naik, Anand Choudhari, Ramanaiah, Rashid and others were also present.
