Proper salaries to archakas of temples assured

Malkajgiri: Mynampalli Hanumanth Rao, MLC, and Puttam Purshotham, who were chief guests at the Brahmana Ikya Mahasabha here on Sunday under the leadership of Jaganmohan Sarma, assured that the Endowments department would ensure payment of proper salaries to archakas of private temples. 

Rao and Purshotham also promised the department’s help with regard to finance and health to the archakas. The MLC stated that soon after the TRS was voted to power in the ensuring elections the problems of archakas would be solved. Among those present were Gattu Srinivasa Charyulu, founder-president of Bhagyanagar Archaka Sangham, Medchal district unit, Dordala Jaganmohan Sarma, Suresh Kulkarni (Pandu).
