Hyderabad: Former AIMIM party worker stabbed to death

Hyderabad: An AIMIM party worker was stabbed to death by three unknown assailants at Shastripuram today afternoon under Mailardevpally police station limits.

Amjad Khan who earlier worked with All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen party is currently running a plywood store at Shastripuram. On Saturday afternoon, three persons who visited the store attacked him after an argument. His death was instant.

Alerted by locals, the police rushed to spot and shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital for an autopsy. 

The police registered a case and launched a probe based on the CCTV footages. They are also trying to nab the accused who fled the spot after the incident.
