Induction programme to NITW B Tech I yr students
Warangal: A massive induction programme would be organised for about 1,000 BTech first year students for two weeks from July 24 to August 4 in the premises of National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Warangal, informed Dr K Kiran Kumar, Associate Professor and Public Relation Officer of NIT.
In a statement released here on Monday, Dr K Kiran Kumar said that the induction programme will be organised to acclimatise and expose the BTech first year students to senior students, who are pursuing various courses in the campus and help them realise their full potential.
Various programmes will be organised on the occasion, testing ability of the students in physical, cultural and literary activities, creative arts, discussions, and lectures by eminent personalities from major industries, entrepreneurs and social activists which would continue for two weeks from morning to evening, he added. The programme is also aimed at establishing strong bonding among the students of various groups and teachers working in the institution.
