Apple may launch this 'affordable' gadget on October 30 event

 As we all know invitations have already been sent out by Apple for its October 30 event. The event will be held at Brooklyn Academy of Music, Howard Gilman Opera House, New York, the US at 10 am EDT, that is  7.30PM IST.

Though the Cupertino-based tech firm didn’t confirm what it has in store for customers. Rumours web strongly indicates the arrival of a cheaper MacBook or new iPad devices. Now, cementing some of the speculations, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has given his word on what Apple may launch on October 30.

Based on Kuo’s latest message got by Macrumours, customers can expect the arrival of an updated iPad Mini, a tablet that has not been upgraded since years. The large screen is expected to feature an upgraded processor along with a ‘lower cost panel’; Kuo adds if not on October 30th event the tablet will be introduced later this year. 

New Apple iPad Pro models will also be displayed. It’s not confirmed what improvements will be made on the display front or in the Apple Pencil’s design. Other rumoured features are Face ID and edge to edge screens.

Lastly, Apple may finally announce the availability dates of “Airpower”, one of its most delayed products of all time. If the firm is planning to launch it before the end of this year, it may be mentioned at the October 30 event. Airpower was introduced last year and is designed to wirelessly charge the Apple Watch, Airpods dock and iPhones.
