Relish the lost cuisines

Bidri at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel is hosting a food promotion ‘Lost Cuisines of India’. Chef Augshuman Chakraborty has curated the menu after an extensive research and workshops. There are about 25 delicacies (veg and non-veg) from across India in the four-course meal. 

The must try in the menu are Parindey Mein Parinda, a Mughlai dish served with chicken stuffed with quail and boiled egg; Kebab-e-Burghul; Railway Mutton Curry. For the sweet aficionados the menu has Kabishambardhana Sandesh, Byculla Souffle. The food fest is on until August 5 for dinner only.
