A great soul is gone
The lives of great saints teach us how to conduct ourselves even in times of calamity. Swamiji's last wish that his demise be announced only after all the thousands of students of his educational institutions and the thousands of pilgrims who visit the math partake their lunch, is very much touching.
What a noble gesture! This single instance is enough to make him a "Walking God", as the most revered Paramacharya of Kanchi, Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati too was popularly known as. Individual sufferings should be set aside, when it comes to sufferings of thousands of people.
We should not cause trouble to thousands on some silly and stupid pretext. See how we organise state bandhs, Rasta Rokos, Hartals, and indulge in vandalism creating lot of suffering to thousands of people . It has been what our sastras, dharma and culture have been highlighting through ages. Let noble thoughts come from all sides. My humble homage to the great soul, Shivakumara Swami.
