AP govt's helping hand for Agri Gold victims

Vijayawada: TDP government has extended a helping hand for the Agri Gold victims. After the years of fighting for the financial relief finally, the government has ordered to distribute Rs 250 crore to the victims.

Responding to the governments order the AgriGold Customers and Agents Welfare Association honorary president M Nageshwar Rao said that "We are happy with the government's decision".

For the AgriGold depositors in AP, who has been deposited Rs 10,000 and below will be benefited with this decision and the bonds verification will be carried out from 11 to 20 March.

With government relief, nearly 7 lakh AgriGold victims will be getting financial relief. Nageshwar said that they will continue to fight until the justice is done to the last victim who is affected by the scam.
