MLA Modugula shock to TDP, says black shirt doesn't need to protest
Amaravati: As a protest against the Modi government, TDP president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, MLAs, MPs, MLCs and party activists were seen in the black shirts in the Assembly on Friday.
In the opposite to this, TDP Guntur West MLA Modugula Venugopala Reddy has attended the Assembly sessions in the regular white dress.
When presspersons asked Modugula on this, he said that wearing a black shirt is not important to express the protest.
He said that TDP MPs are there to wear black shirts and express the protest against BJP government in Parliament. The AP Assembly's resolution on special status is like the Vajrayudham, he commented.
At the same time, MLA Modugula Venugopala Reddy has raised objections on the security personals for checking the MLAs vehicles during the visit to the Assembly.
On the other side Telugu Desam MLAs, MLCs, MPs were seen in the black shirts on the call give by the CM Chandrababu Naidu. Moreover, CM Naidu, himself was seen wearing a black shirt for the first time in the Assembly.
Earlier during a protest, the leaders use to wear a black batch, but now in order to get the entire nation's attention, Naidu has decided to wear a black shirt to mark a protest.
