Lakshmi Parvathi dares Chandrababu to go for fresh elections
Hyderabad: Terming the Vizag airport attack as a trademark Chandrababu style of operation through backdoor, YSR Congress has demanded the immediate dissolution of the Assembly and seeking fresh mandate which would spell doom to the ruling party.
Speaking to reporters here on Monday party senior leader Lakshmi Parvathi said, ‘Chandrababu Naidu has no right to continue as chief minister and he should go for dissolution of assembly and fresh elections should be called for as the murder politics of the ruling party have reached its climax.
The attack on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been in the pattern for which Chandrababu Naidu is known for by pulling the strings from behind to eliminate political adversaries on earlier occasions and this one is no different. He had no courtesy even to enquire about the incident and instead had been trying to eke out political advantage even from such adverse situations which is subhuman.’
He should quit immediately and go in for fresh polls which is the only way as the last chapter of Chandrababu Naidu’s political history is coming to a close. His nefarious designs of eliminating a youngster like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, whose popularity is soaring with every passing day, so that there would be no opposition to his son Lokesh is absurd as people are behind YSR family, she said.
Chandrababu Naidu had never fought a political battle on his own or directly faced any crisis but always tried to manipulate things from behind the doors right from usurping power and party from NTR to the elimination of Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga, Pingali Dasaratha Ram and of late 22 YSRCP leaders which carries his signature and style of operation with every incident, she said.
Patronising murder politics, resorting to arson at Tuni and capital area region and shifting the blame on the Opposition has been the pattern of TDP leadership and it is no different in the Vizag airport incident, she said.
‘We are prepared for polls and you have no right to continue as chief minister. Quit and come to polls,’ she said adding that the Vizag incident has strengthened our resolve and we will not be cowed down by such aberrations as people will give a thumping win to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, she said.
