KCR inspects TRS public meeting site
In the wake of the Pragathi Nivedana public meeting scheduled to be held at Kongara Kalan on Hyderabad outskirts on September 2, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Friday inspected the ongoing works for the meet.
Directing the party leaders and officials to ensure that people attending the massive public meeting do not face any inconvenience, KCR discussed the arrangements with them along with Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagawat.
He also suggested a huge parking facility, access to drinking water and toilets beside controlling the traffic inflow due to the people attending the meeting.
About 25 lakh people are expected to attend the meeting which is the reason the Chief Minister is ensuring the arrangements are foolproof.
TRS will hold the Pragathi Nivedana public meeting to present its progress report of last four years since Telangana State formation in 2014. KCR is also likely to announce the names of TRS candidates contesting in the next Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
