Nagarjunua’s niece anted to be a writer

Even though, Supriya Yarlagadda, the grand-daughter of legendary actor ANR, made her debut as an actress in ‘Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi’ more than two decades ago,  she claims that she always dreamt of becoming a writer. The actor-producer, who made a comeback to the big screen with her sterling performance in ‘Goodachari’, said that writing was her first passion but she ended up in production. 

As her role from ‘Goodachari’ has caught the attention of the audience, Supriya thanked them for a giving a warm welcome despite staying away from the limelight for a long time. She interacted with the media and shared her thoughts on the occasion. “The script really  excited me. First Sesh and director Sashi Kiran Tikka approached me and narrated the script to me. Then, they offered me a role,” said Supriya. 

The Akkineni Nagarjunua’s niece said that she really liked the father and son bonding in ‘Goodachari’ which was quite strong. When asked whether she would continue to act, Supriya replied that something like this role which needs to have substance should come her way. Supriya said that she was still in touch with Akkineni fans and was receiving best compliments from them after watching the movie.
