Sri LankaN PM Ranil arrives in Tirumala

Tirumala: The Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe accompanied by wife Maithree arrived in Tirumala on a pilgrimage, on Saturday evening. 

He was accorded warm welcome by TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal, Tirumala JEO KS Srinivasa Raju, on his arrival at Srikirshna Rest House on Tirumala hills. 

According to TTD sources, Sri Lankan Prime Minister will participate in the pre-dawn Suprabatha Seva to be conducted in the shrine and offer prayers to Lord Venkateswara before his departure on Sunday. 

Earlier, the Sri Lankan Prime Minister was received on behalf of the State government by Industries Minister N Amaranatha Reddy along with District Collector PS Pradyumna at the airport after his arrival from Chennai.
