Annual day held at Vikas institutions at Nunna near Vijayawada
Vijayawada: Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technology (RGUKT) vice-chancellor Prof V Ramachandra Raju on Friday said that students should show interest in extra-curricular activities besides academics to be successful in life.
He participated as chief guest at the Vikas educational institutions annual day celebrations at Nunna near Vijayawada.
Speaking on the occasion, Raju said that extra skills would help students to get jobs. Hard work is the only solution for success in the life, he said.
Vikas educational institutions chairman Naredla Narsi Reddy, vice-chairman N Satyanarayana Reddy, principals Dr Rammohan, Dr Ramana, Dr S Raju, Dr Ravi Kumar, Dr Neelima, Dr Rama Rao, Prof Buddiga Jamindar and placement cell in-charge Kishore were present.
Prizes were distributed to students who excelled in academic, sports and other activities.
