AP govt clears two medical colleges, 31 hospitals to upgrade
Vijayawada: AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has announced the two new medical colleges in the state on Saturday night in Amaravati.
Under the medical and health scheme CM has decided to launch medical colleges and to upgrade 31 government hospitals.
The proposed medical colleges will be set up at Eluru and Vizianagaram districts. A research and response center will be also opened at Uddahanam in Srikakulam district.
Speaking to media Naidu said that his government is committed to protect the health of people and he was always first in introducing revolutionary changes in medical and health care.
With these new reforms, the common people will be benefited as their medical expenses will be drastically reduced.
