Live up to people’s expectations, officials told at Rajamahendravaram

 Rajamahendravaram: Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai has directed the officials to respond to the problems of the people immediately and take steps to get them solved. 

Participating in standing committee meeting held at the corporation office here on Thursday, she said the people were expecting a lot from the corporation and it was the duty of the officials to deliver the goods in right time to the people.

She directed Additional Commissioner NVV Satyanarayana Rao to initiate steps to clear silt in the drains, to prevent Godavari River from getting polluted and  supply pure drinking water, proper lighting, maintenance of sanitation properly etc.

Any lapses in this regard will be viewed seriously, she warned. Standing committee members Dr KS Rao, T Babi, K Madhavi, G Madhavi and officials were present.
