Minister Amaranatha Reddy assures houses for all eligible poor in V Kota

Tirupati: The Minister for Industries N Amaranatha Reddy has assured several development works at V Kota. Participating in ‘Grama Vikasam – Grama Darsini’ programme in the Panchayat on Sunday, he said all eligible persons will get houses.

Funds have been sanctioned for laying tar road from V Kota to Chowdepalli and works will commence soon, he said. The panchayat will also get underground drainage system and junior college for minority students.

To build Shadi Mahal Rs.1 crore funds were sanctioned and works will be started soon. With Rs.2600 crore, drinking water will be provided round the clock to all houses in the district from Gandikota Reservoir, he stated. He also inaugurated a CC Road laid with Rs.25 lakhs under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).
