Develop employability skills, Collector tells youth
Kakinada: Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) organised a job mela for the unemployed youth at the Rajiv Gandhi Degree College here on Thursday.
District Collector Kartikeya Mishra lit the lamp and inaugurated of the job mela. Speaking on the occasion, Collector asked the youth to develop employability skills in advance to suit to the needs organizations and companies which attend for the job melas.
Addressing the gathering, chairman of Rajiv Gandhi educational institutes P Viswam said that for those who posses talent and skill, the companies have been providing ample opportunities. More than 20 companies attended the mela to select candidates for their requirements.
APSSDC general manager Satyaprabha, district employment officer E Vasantalakshmi, representatives of various companies attended.
