Usha Rama students win Hackathon competition

Vijayawada: A Hackathon competition was organised by the Computer Science department of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science on the college premises on Friday. 

The participants were asked to develop two games ‘Sudoku and Tik-Tac-Toe’ and about 30 students from various colleges from Krishna district participated in the competition, according to the Computer Science HoD Dr Ch Ravikiran.

He said that the participants used Python, Dot net, CPP, Jawa algorithms to develop the games. 

The participants were given six hours to develop the existing game in a better way using the latest artificial intelligence algorithms. 

K Nikhil Sai and Ch Satish from Usharama Engineering College received first prize, D Brahma Reddy, P Durga Bhavani and G Nagachaitanya from VR Siddhartha engineering college received second place and K Arjun from KBN college secured third prize in the competition.
