Electronics workshop concludes in vijayawada

  Vijayawada: A four-day workshop on ‘Electronics Components and Sensors’ was concluded here on Thursday. The workshop was organised by the department of Electronics, Andhra Loyola College which stated on December 3 on the college premises. 

The topics covered at the workshop were basic electronic components and their applications, sensors based applications developing, according to the Electronics HoD Bhalaji Bhanu.

He said that the workshop was conducted by ‘Tech Team Solutions’, Visakhapatnam. The company CEO N Venkata Reddy and his team of engineers interacted with the students. 

About 110 students of first B Sc electronics participated in the hands on training programme and could gain knowledge on the basic electronic applications developing.

Balaji said that the workshop was inaugurated by college principal Rev Fr Dr GAP Kishore and the vice-principal Rev Fr S Milchieor and the electronics faculty members L Ekambaram, PVS Sairam, A Kantha Rao, N Lakshmikanth, Ch Praveenbabu and B Sruthi actively participated in the four-day workshop.

He said that the students felt that this workshop was very helpful to them to acquire practical knowledge on electronics and its applications in day-to-day life.
