Pawan Kalyan a chameleon, says Chandrababu Naidu
Anantapur: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu addressing the Telugu Desam Party workers here on Saturday virtually exploded at actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan describing him a chameleon. In what could be described as the outburst against Jana Sena chief for the first time in his address to the party workers, the TDP supremo said that his elder brother Chiranjeevi sold out his party and Pawan Kalyan would follow suit. He said that Pawan Kalyan, who used to state that his (Naidu’s) policies were right, was now saying that he was right and he was only right.
Warning people about the machinations of YSR Congress and Jana Sena Party, Chandrababu Naidu said that they were here only to hoodwink people. Describing the attempt to murder on Jaganmohan Reddy as ‘Kodi Katti Drama,’ the Chief Minister said that he had been fighting tooth and nail against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ready to face come what may. He said that the Centre was instigating the CBI against the party workers and sympathisers. He exhorted the TDP cadre to be ready to face elections in near future. Assuring the TDP leaders who had been working hard for the party in each constituency, he said that he would not remain a silent spectator if some harm was intended to people.
Stating that he would announce the party candidates in each constituency soon, the Chief Minister appealed to people to elect them with unprecedented majority. “The TDP candidates in all the 14 Assembly constituencies and two Parliament constituencies should be elected,” he called upon people. He expressed confidence that the TDP would win all the 175 constituencies in the State.
