MLA Dr A Satyanarayana demands justice to AgriGold victims

Rajamahendravaram: Urban MLA Dr Akula Satyanarayana demanded that the state government take action on AgriGold management which cheated lakhs of depositors and asked the government to take steps to return their deposit amounts.

AgriGold Customers and Agents Welfare Association members submitted a memorandum to the MLA in his office here on Tuesday asking him to extend his cooperation for their agitation against AgriGold management.

Later, the MLA said AgriGold management duped about 19.5 lakh customers in the state to a tune of Rs 4,000 crore and asked the state government to come to the rescue of the victims immediately.

The BJP will fight for the victims until the government provides justice to them, he assured. He also said he will take the problems of the customers to the notice of state government.
