The Titli effect

Pithapuram: Geotube which will provide protection to beach road from storm surge on temporary basis, was damaged due to cyclone ‘Titli’ on Thursday. 

Four kilometer stretch was damaged. Commuters using various transport modes travelled on the road with a sense of panic.
