National Lok Adalat in Andhra Pradesh on Sep 8

Vijayawada: National Lok Adalat will be organised at all the courts in Andhra Pradesh on September 8, said AP Legal Services Authority Member Secretary PV Rambabu on Tuesday. 

He said that the National Lok Adalat would be organised by the State Legal Services Authority.

All the civil cases and the permitted criminal cases and Motor Vehicle accident cases would be pursued at the time of the National Lok Adalat. 

He informed that Lok Adalat provides immediate judgement and the clients might get back the court fees. 

The pending cases from Supreme Court to lower courts would be solved at the National Lok Adalat.

He also stated that the clients can get the final Judgement and those clients who want to compromise can contact Legal Services Authority in the court campuses. 

He also said the services of Lok Adalat were free of cost and the clients can get details by dialing toll-free number 15100, said Rambabu.
