‘Vajpayee inspiration to students’

Rajamahendravaram: Prof S Teki of Nannaya University has said former Prime Minister AB Vajpayee is an inspiration to student fraternity and everyone should emulate him.

Paying tributes to AB Vajpayee in the campus here on Friday, he said AB Vajpayee never compromised on security of the country. India's fame and name during his tenure as Prime Minister spread across the universe because of Pokhran tests.

“He was a good human being as well as a great Parliamentarian, whose services cannot be forgotten. The Kargil war imbibed confidence among defense services.

AB Vajpayee as a poet used to read some poems in the Parliament for which he received applause from the house. Professors SK Ramesh, Hymavathi, A Matta Reddy and others were present.
