Jana Sena manifesto vows 33 per cent quota for women

Bhimavaram: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan while releasing the manifesto here on Tuesday vowed that he would strive to bring 33 percent reservation in all the legislative bodies. The homemakers would be supplied cooking gas free of cost, he added.

An amount of RS 2,500 to Rs 3,000 in cash would be deposited in the accounts of women instead of supplying them ration, Pawan stated.

He said that the reservations for backward classes would be increased by five percent if possible. However, the Kapu community would be provided with reservations by placing them in the 9th schedule.

Pawan stated in the manifesto that an amicable solution would be found for the classification of Scheduled Castes.

Earlier, Pawan Kalyan, the supremo of Jana Sena party released the party manifesto after conducting special prayers to the Goddess Mavullamma and presenting a copy of manifesto to the goddess.
