Parents’ help Sought for polio-free state

Guntur: MLC AS Rama Krishna has said that the state government is committed to turn the state into Arogya Andhra Pradesh.

He administered polio drops to the children of below five years at a programme held under the aegis of Bharat Scouts and Guides here on Sunday.

Speaking on this occasion, he stressed on need to eradicate polio and sought the cooperation of the parents to achieve this target. He said that it was responsibility of the parents to administer polio drops to their children and make the programme a success.
Teachers’ Association leaders were also present.
