Many more financial reforms need of hour: V-C

Rajamahendravaram: The ANU (Adikavi Nannaya University) vice-chancellor, Mutyala Naidu has said that many changes and financial reforms took place in the country’s economic system that changed the development of the nation. He participated as chief guest at the closing day ceremony of the two-day national seminar on ‘Managing Change in Economic Scenario of India’ at the university on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, the V-C said that many changes took place in the economic system in India thereby the poverty has diminished, he added.

He said that our rulers concentrated to establish industries and also allowed foreign industries in the economy thereby creating employment to the youth. He said that the technology sector developed very rapidly and further said that still this development was not sufficient for the economy because there were some parts in the country and in some social beliefs did not change even today. 

He expressed his view that our nation still needs many more reforms in the economic system.Later, he released the book ‘Managing Change in Economic Scenario of India’ and distributed the certificates to the research scholars. Principal Dr K Sriramesh, Dean Professor S Teki, EC member Dr K Vijaya Nirmala, department professors Dr A Lavanya, Dr T Anitha, Dr K Nirmala, Dr P Lakshmi Narayana and others participated.
