Student of Vikas Bachelor of Physical Education College (BPED), Sai Sowjanya has been selected for Krishna University Women’s Ball Badminton team. The Krishna University team will participate in the All India Inter University Women’s Ball Badminton Tournament which will be held at SRM University, Chennai from December 29 to January 2.

In this connection Vikas Educational Institutions secretary and correspondent Naredla Satyanarayana Reddy has congratulated Sai Sowjanya at the college campus in Nunna on Monday. Speaking on the occasion Reddy said that Vikas institutions have been giving top priority for sports and games. Many students have been selected in the Krishna University teams for different events, he added.

The college management has already conducted Inter University Athletics championship at Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation (IGMC) stadium in the city, he added. The college would conduct Inter collegiate Men Kabaddi tournament at Nunna campus, he concluded. Vikas BPED college principal Dr S Raju and others participated in the event.
